The technology of construction and transfer from ANSYS to SysWELD of computational grid for welded diaphragm (set of nozzles) for analysis of welded shrinkage and thermal processing. Finite-element model is taking into account the features of diaphragm geometry and contains the specially prepared components of computational grid, which model complex spatial welds. The automated construction of the model of welded diaphragm in Pro|ENGINEER according to the initial parameters with using of skeletons is realized. On the base of the received model the resume of the drafts which are parametrized on 80% is made.
